Conditions for Competition: Win 1 Year of Free Website Updating to the value of $1800.
1. Prizes will be drawn by an external party July 1st, 2010.
2. Winners will be notified by email and announced on the KAPTiV Media Website and Facebook page.
3. The free 12 months awarded for 1st prize begins July 1st 2010, and ceases June 30, 2011.
4. The free 6 months awarded for 2nd place begins July 1st, 2010, and ceases December 31st, 2010.
5. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Any customers are eligible (new or existing), however the project must be a new website project valued over $750 from the 8th of February 2010 until 30th June 2010.
7. The $750 minimum does not include hosting fees, domain registration fees, website templates, additional programming fees or any other additional charges besides graphic design and web design/development.
8. The total prize value is up to $1800. This includes up to 2 hours of free design, development, marketing, analytics reporting, content updating etc each month. The total prize hours available are 24 hours for the year.
9. The winner can nominate each month how they would like to spend their free 2 hours.
10. The winner will be notified at the beginning of each month by KAPTiV Media requesting instructions or information to update the website, the winner has until the 20th of each month to put forward updating requests. If the 2 hours are not used, the remainder will be rolled over to the next month.
11. If at the end of the 12 months there are unused hours remaining, the winner will forfeit those hours.
12. If the monthly update request is deemed to exceed the monthly 2 hour limit, KAPTiV Media will notify the winner and the winner can choose to pay for the extra time at the standard rate of $75/hour, or to take the exceeded hours out of the remaining prize hours.
13. The second prize winner can choose whether they would like to update their website for 1 hour per month or 2 hours bi-monthly for that 6 months.
14. These prizes are not redeemable for cash.
15. Customers eligible for both competitions can only win one competition. In the case that a client is drawn as the winner of both competitions, the winner will receive the Grand Prize of 1 year free updating, and another winner will be drawn for the 1 free website update competition.
Conditions for Competition: Existing customers can win 1 Free Website Update to the value of $300.

3. The prize is one free website update to the value of $300, which is up to 4 hours of updating time.
4. The prize must used be in one job.
5. The prize is valid for 12 months, expiring on the 30th June, 2011.
6. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. This competition is for existing customers only.
8. Customers who sign up for a new website eligible for Competition #1 (12 months free updating), that then go on to start another project over the value of $300 before June 30th, 2010, will also be eligible for this competition.
9. Customers are eligible for this competition if they spend a minimum of $300 on any new project with KAPTiV Media.
10. The $300 minimum does not include hosting fees, domain registration fees, additional programming fees or any other additional charges besides graphic design and web design/development/updating/management.
11. If the update request is deemed to exceed the prize limit of 4 hours, KAPTiV Media will notify the winner and the winner can choose to pay for the extra time at the standard rate of $75/hour, or modify their request to suit the 4 free hours.
12. The website update can be used on websites that are not currently managed by KAPTiV Media. In such cases, time spent acquiring passwords and files will come out of the allocated hours in this prize.
13. If the winner does not currently have a website, the website updating prize of $300 can be put towards KAPTiV Media designing and developing a new website for the winning client.
14. These prizes are not redeemable for cash.
15. Customers eligible for both competitions can only win one competition. In the case that a client is drawn as the winner of both competitions, the winner will receive the Grand Prize of 1 year free updating, and another winner will be drawn for the 1 free website update competition.
